Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is in its original condition, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
