Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays).
Because our products are handmade, processing times may vary slightly based on inventory and availability.

If we experience delays due to high order volume or artisan production schedules, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): [3–7 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • We can reship it once the customer pays the reshipping fee.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Lost or stolen: Please contact the carrier first.

  • Damaged upon arrival: Contact us within 7 days, and include photos so we can assist you.

We will do everything we can to help, but we cannot refund orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.


7. Returns & Exchanges

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
