We are a social enterprise dedicated to supporting artisans in Peru by selling ethically made, handmade goods. By shopping with us, you help sustain fair-wage employment and preserve traditional craftsmanship.

Because our goods are handmade by artisans:

  • Natural imperfections are normal and part of the product’s uniqueness

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

6. Orders, Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on your location and product availability. Once items are shipped, delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition (unless received damaged)

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
